Holy Spirit Ministries International, pastor and evangelist Victor Petrenko and his wife Tatyana are called by God to minister Gospel of Lord Jesus Christ and Savior. To bring the fire of revival to churches around the world. To proclaim the Lord as a King of kings and Lord of lords.

After graduation from Living Word Bible Institute in the State of Manitoba Canada in 1992, Victor responded to God's calling - to plant new churches in Ukraine.

In 1998, he finished River Bible Institute in State Florida, and ever since the anointing of Holy Spirit brings revival to many churches, where Victor is ministering.

The miracles, signs and wonders confirm the Word of God. The ministry is growing and developing in Ukraine and outside its borders under a great blessing of the Lord and a mighty outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Victor and his wife Tatyana have three sons: David, Philip and Victor Jr. that travel with them.
